Ready-to-eat
No washing. No dirt. No hassle. Just fresh greens ready to enjoy.

Every herb starts as a seed in our indoor farm and is grown without being touched by human hands, from seed to pack. No soil, no weather, no sprays, just exactly the light, water and nutrients each plant needs, every single day.

Herbs are fragile, and most of the damage happens long before you get them home. Washing leaves moisture behind, and handling bruises the leaves, and those two things together are what turn a bunch of herbs dark and limp in the crisper. Ours are grown spray-free in a sealed room, so they go into the pack clean, dry and unbruised, and they arrive with their leaves and their scent intact.

No. They're grown indoors in a sealed room and never sprayed, so there's nothing to rinse off. Washing herbs only bruises the leaves and adds the moisture that makes them go dark.
No. Basil is a warm-weather herb and cold turns the leaves black. Keep it at room temperature, out of direct sun. Every other herb in our range is happy refrigerated between 1 and 5°C.
No, and here's the honest reason. Australian organic certification requires soil, and we grow without it. Organic farming also still permits some pesticides. We use none.
At the end, or raw. Every herb we grow is a soft finishing herb, and heat destroys the fresh flavour you bought them for. Stems are the exception: parsley and coriander stems carry plenty of flavour and can go in early.
