Daniel Tzvetkoff is the visionary founder and CEO of Stacked Farm, where his technical expertise and future-focused leadership drive our mission to transform farming for good. With a background in engineering and a career spanning fintech, adtech, and machine learning, Daniel brings decades of experience in designing high-performance systems that power real-world outcomes at scale.

Before launching Stacked Farm, Daniel developed platforms for large-scale data analysis and intelligent automation—setting new benchmarks in high-load software development. His ability to build robust, adaptive infrastructure laid the groundwork for our proprietary technology and continues to inform the architecture of every system we develop.

In 2016, Daniel began laying the foundations for what would become Stacked Farm. Driven by a desire to address inefficiencies in traditional agriculture, he assembled a world-class team to design an entirely new kind of farming system—one powered by automation, precision, and sustainability from the ground up.

Under his leadership, Stacked Farm has engineered an end-to-end solution for fully automated vertical farming. From seeding to harvesting and packaging, Daniel has been instrumental in developing the advanced robotics, climate control systems, and data intelligence that set our operations apart.

His strategic vision has not only shaped the technology, but also guided the company’s growth, from our flagship facility in Queensland to our expansion into Melbourne and the U.S. In 2025, Stacked Farm was recognised by TIME and Statista as one of the World’s Top GreenTech Companies, underscoring the impact of Daniel’s commitment to responsible innovation.

Known for his clarity, pace, and systems-level thinking, Daniel leads with a relentless focus on execution. He believes in building technology that’s scalable, intelligent, and designed to solve real problems—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in sustainable food production.
